Oh absolutely. We have unique processes in place that will educate and help you make informed decisions along the way. The last thing we want is for you to be uncomfortable or overwhelmed.  A member of our team will be assigned to your project and will be in constant contact with you from the beginning to the end. In fact we can not even build a website for you unless we know exactly what you need and what your goals are. Truth be told we wont even take you as a client if you do not have a clean purpose for your website. As many web design agencies fail to tell you, your website is a reflection of your business but it is also reflection of ours. We take a lot of pride in our work and we love to brag about it so we have to make sure that every project we take is delivered in such a way that there is something to brag about!

You always have full ownership over your website. We charge you for the time spent to use the tools and write the code, 100% of what we do falls under GNU General Public License v2.0  and you are free to modify it and use it any way you like. Some limitations might be in place like removing our branding ( if any) from the website that we do not host anymore. We want to make sure that our name stands only beside the business that we are responsible for. Although we’d hate to see it happen, you’re free to move your website to a third-party company. Since your website is built using WordPress – an open source CMS, you can transfer it to just about any web host.

Usually it takes us anywhere from 5-50 days to deliver a full project, it all depends on your response time and communication between you and our team members. Web & SEO team has completed over 300 websites so far, there is tremendous amount of experience behind us so we can assure you that your website will be delivered in under 15 days from the moment that we have gathered all the content and information from you.

No. We can start our layout and design process by using placeholder content and  Lorem Ipsum content while you work towards completing your own. We’ll even provide you with a content outline which you can follow to make things easier. This gives you guidance on the type of text and images that would perform best on your website. Also we make a good use of stock photos and videos. In general we can even write your own content or proofread it for a custom fee if you lack the inspiration, but remember, no one knows what your business is about like you do so outsourcing that part can be a mine field and we do not recommend it.

Websites come in all shapes and sizes, just like cars and houses. You’ll find quotes ranging from a few hundred dollars all the way up to hundreds of thousands of dollars. The quote that you will receive from us is based on many variables and represents a perfect balance of features and requirements.

We like to think of our selves as ethic developers, here is the explanation behind that statement: As we have created so many projects so far we already have some custom code pieces ready, we already have access to many monthly/yearly fee tools, we have created all the necessary Facebook apps, Google API’s and so forth.

We are not going to re invent the wheel and build them again from scratch just so we can pump up the price – this means that we are not going to charge you for those.

Also we do not have to spend a lot of time doing research on the tools/plugins/3rd party services/technologies as we are already in the loop with all of them. That alone saves us a lot of time and saves our clients tons of money. Also we do not outsource any of our work and that is why our finished product often exceeds the quality of agencies charging ten times more than us.

YES! We’re great at communicating via phone, Skype and email, our clients come from all over the United States and from all over the world. As a matter of fact chances are you will never meet with us in person at all (unless you want to go fishing or go out for a drink), that is just how we do our business, everything we do – we do online. Our motto and our mission is to make your online presence as efficient as your physical business and we follow that example blindly. We have Physical offices in San Antonio, Serbia and Greece but our online presence is global and we are proud of that.

In short – YES! We’ll carefully listen to your ideas and let you know if we’d be a good fit for the project. If not, we’ll try and steer you in the right direction, free of charge of course. In general we primarily focus on small to medium sized business websites but we have done some indirect white labeled awesomeness on a side for clients that are in Forbes Top 100 Cloud Companies, Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 etc.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer proposals or accept RFPs (request for proposal). However, we do start each project with a custom tailored plan in place. Once you hire us and we agree on our payment terms, we outline content and design details and plans prior to starting.

From our past experience sending out proposals proved to be a bad strategy when it comes to web design services. We have had cases where we spent hours of team meetings to create an outstanding and detailed proposal just to find our clients emailing it around searching for a “better price”. Many freelancers and companies will undertake the project for a lower fee once they have everything givenon a silver platter” and explained to them in a proposal. As we mentioned already what we excel at is the convergent thinking  and finding the best possible solutions using the available technology. We put a lot of effort and time into every project before we even start the actual work – Why would we give away this secret sauce of ours for free!?

Our answer is typically no, but you can always contact us to discuss your exact situation. We’ve found it’s cheaper in most cases to start over than it is to retrofit or complete an existing website. We believe that if the team is winning it shouldn’t change its tactics or players. What we mean by this sports analogy is that in general we use only tested and secure tools for our web design work. Chances are that your website does not use the same tools/plugins that we would recommend and use ourselves. In order to guarantee for the security and functionality of the website we are not willing to take the risk of working with the tools that haven’t been tested by our team.

A big chunk of our web design projects has to deal with service oriented business-to-consumer (B2C)  small sized business. However we have plenty of experience with creating websites within almost every major industry. If you do not see your exact industry among our portfolio items make an enquiry and we will be happy to send you some more examples of our work.

You bet we can. We wouldn’t call it a conversion exactly as what we do is that we build it from a scratch as a brand new website using our skill to code the layout and design of the theme to match your existing website to almost a perfect pixel match, if you would like to keep your existing design of course. Along the way we are making it responsive and SEO friendly and most importantly SEO ready. Implementing SEO campaign on a html website is almost an impossible task nowadays as it takes too much time and effort to complete some tasks that can be performed much faster on a CMS platform such as WordPress. WordPress utilizes tools/plugins that provide an easy way to control most of the SEO aspects of the website decreasing the delivery time and saving money.

Nope! A lot of our competitors purchase “pre-made themes” to avoid coding a specific function and cut the cost. We hand-code every website to the exact needs of the client and each of our websites has unique design. As a starting point and a “framework” we use either “Avada theme” or in rare cases “Genesis”. There are many strong reasons behind using those specific two. One of them would definitely be security followed by speed and functionality. Over the years we have worked on the right combination of plugins and custom code that covers almost everything that we might encounter in our client requests. We have fully tested all of our plugins, code and tools to make sure  we don’t waste our time fixing problems that many other themes and plugins encounter over the time. WordPress as an open source CMS is constantly evolving, and we want to make sure that the websites we build are ready to stand the test of time. Another solid reason for using Avada is that it offers an intuitive and easy to learn visual builder that makes it possible for our clients to fully operate their website directly from their browser without the need to depend on the developers. Non compactability between various tools is almost always the main reason behind the website not working as it should, we don’t have that here as we have learned the hard way that the “shortcuts” do not pay off in the long term!

Yes. We create responsive solutions second-to-none. Many of our clients see a majority of their traffic coming from mobile phones and we put a high emphasis on making sure the website experience on a phone and tablet is as great as on the desktop screen resolution. We custom code each of our website so it adjusts to any screen size, frankly -responsiveness is a must in our book.
Responsive web design is a technique used to build a website that adapts its layout to fit the size of any device. Instead of having to build an additional website for mobile devices, the practice that was quite common 10 years ago, you can lower initial costs by only needing a single website that fits all sizes.
